I accept one private insurance:  WellFleet, previously known as CHP.  If you have a different private insurance, I encourage you to look into whether you have out-of-network benefits that may reimburse you.  I provide invoices with diagnostic codes that can facilitate this. I accept payment via Zelle, cash, check, or credit card through Square.  My rates are as follows:

          90-minute evaluation:     $500

          50-minute therapy or medication managment appointment:  $300

          25-minute medication management follow up:  $175
